This price list is intended for use by wholesale customers
only. Customers are defined as firms who resell plants. This list includes,
but is not limited to landscape contractors, garden centers, nurseries,
florists, municipalities, cemeteries, and golf courses.
Customers are welcome to bring their clients to the nursery to choose plants,
however, you must be with them. Unescorted clients will be sent away.
Customers are responsible for their client’s care and instruction. Because
of heavy equipment and other safety issues, children are not allowed in the
nursery yard. Thank you for your cooperation.

We express or imply no warranty as to the
productivity or life of nursery stock and cannot be held responsible for results
in transplanting. Acceptance of our nursery stock at time of sale is considered
to be proof of good health and survivability of these plants. All stock is
guaranteed to be true to name.

All pick-ups or delivered orders are C.O.D. unless a credit
account has been established. Terms are net 30 days. A finance charge of 1.5%
per month, which is an annual percentage rate of 18%, will be added on the
unpaid balance after 30 days. Accounts with balances over 60 days will be put on
a cash basis unless other arrangements have been made prior to order. No one may
charge to another customers account. Second party checks are not accepted. We
will not carry accounts from one season to the next.
